The on-call line is 765-551-RENT (765-551-7368). Texting uses the same number: send a text. Say the address, what failed, and whether anyone is without heat, water, or a safe way in.
TenantCloud request
Sign in at app.tenantcloud.com and add a maintenance request on your lease. TenantCloud’s help article shows the clicks: how to submit a maintenance request.
Use the phone for an active leak, no heat in cold weather, a lock that will not secure the door, or anything else that should not sit until morning. A portal request is fine for a drip, a sticky door, or a filter when the home is still safe.
If you cannot see your lease in TenantCloud, the online request will not attach to the right home. Contact us and we will connect the account.
