Welcome Home Property Management LLC is family-owned and operated here. Frank Foust runs it. The aim is simple: homes people can move into, and a phone that gets answered when something breaks.
We are changing how a Lafayette rental gets managed by staying small enough to care about the person in the house. A happy tenant is the cornerstone of a rental that actually works — for them, and for the owner who would like the rent to show up.
Frank has spent years in real estate and construction. That shows up in how a home is turned over and how maintenance is treated, not as a slogan about being handy. The construction company is a separate business. This site is only property management.
