Your owner portal, in plain language
We use TenantCloud so listings, applications, rent, maintenance, and reports live in one place. It is ordinary cloud software that does a clear job. It is not a pitch about artificial intelligence running your house.
Screening
Applicants apply on the listing. You and we can see the application in TenantCloud instead of trading PDFs. A person still decides who is offered a lease.
Payments
Tenants pay rent online once their account is connected to the lease. That cuts down on checks and “did you get it?” texts. You can see what has posted.
Maintenance
Requests can come in through the tenant account or by phone. The portal keeps a record of what was asked and what was done, next to the property it belongs to.
Reporting
Owners sign in for documents, occupancy, and financial reporting. If a login never arrived, tell us and we will send one. We do not mail a mystery spreadsheet as the only copy.

The software keeps the record. The standard is still local: a Lafayette company that answers, prepares homes to move into, and treats a happy tenant as the way a rental works. Send an owner inquiry if you want the portal walked through on your actual property.
