Snow removal and salting for rentals

Indiana winters do not wait for a tenant to find a shovel. We clear and salt walks, steps, and driveways at your rentals in Lafayette, West Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Monticello, Brookston, and Delphi, and send you a photo when it is done.

What we clear

  • Front walks, steps, and porches
  • Driveways and parking pads
  • Shared walks at duplexes and small buildings
  • Salt or ice melt on walks and steps

How it works

  • Seasonal plan: on the route all winter at the trigger you pick
  • Per-storm: call or text when you need us
  • Time-stamped photo after each visit

More than one property?

Put all your rentals on one route. One schedule, one bill, and one person to text when the forecast turns.

Book before the first storm

Route spots fill up once winter starts. Call or text in the fall to get your properties on the list.

Pricing

Call or text for pricing. Every house is different, so we look at yours and give you a number before any work starts. Call or text 765-551-RENT.

Who does the work

On properties we manage, hands-on maintenance is coordinated through Welcome Home Improvement LLC, Frank Foust’s separate company. Same owner, same phone: 765-551-RENT. You get one call, one schedule, and the records stay in your owner portal.

Questions owners ask

Landlords

When do you come out?

We agree on a snowfall trigger with you up front, for example two inches or any ice. When it hits, your property is on the route without you having to call.

Landlords

My lease says the tenant shovels. Can I still use this?

Yes. Some owners use it as a backup for when a tenant is out of town, or just for the common areas of a duplex or small building. Check your lease and tell us what you want covered.

Landlords

How do I know it was done?

Each visit gets a time-stamped photo. On managed properties it goes in your owner portal.

What about an empty unit?

Vacant houses still need clear walks. Pair snow service with vacant winterization.
