Whole-house camera check

Photos and video of the parts of a rental nobody wants to crawl into: under the house, up on the roof, and down the sewer line. You get a dated record of what the cameras saw. Useful at move-out, before you list, or before you buy.

Crawlspace robot

A small camera robot drives the crawlspace and records video and photos, so no one has to belly-crawl through it.

Drone roof photos

Overhead photos of the roof, gutters, and chimney from a drone, taken from the ground with nobody on a ladder.

Sewer line camera

A camera on a cable runs down the main line from an accessible cleanout and records what it passes.

What this is, and what it is not

  • It is photos, video, and plain notes on where each was taken
  • It is a dated record you can keep with the property file
  • You can share the footage with an outside inspector you hire
  • It is not an inspection, a diagnosis, or an opinion on condition
  • It does not say what should be repaired or how long anything will last

Questions owners ask

Landlords

Is this a home inspection?

No. It is a set of photos and video of places that are hard to see, with plain notes on what the camera recorded. It is not an inspection, an evaluation, or an opinion on condition. If you need an inspection, hire an inspector; you are welcome to share our footage with them.

Landlords

What do I get at the end?

A link to dated photos and video, organized by area (crawlspace, roof, sewer line), with short notes on where each clip was taken and what is visible in it.

Landlords

When should I book it?

Right after a move-out, before you list a property, or before you buy one. Having a dated record makes it easier to compare later.

Landlords

Can I add it to a turnover?

Yes. Many owners book it alongside a rental turnover so everything happens in one trip.
